There's not a whole lot that you'll get for $300, but I can put something together. You'll have to be willing to go slightly over, because you can never get exactly $300, as there will be shipping, and more taxes, plus, since you're in the UK then there may be even more taxes due to VAT. Also, is this going to be your first gaming build? Just wondering :P

Downloading programs from CNet is not a good idea, as they will commonly include unwanted, and sometimes dangerous bloatware... The more you know.

dude, it's $450.  The Sterling Pound is worth way more than USD.

Ah, nice build for the price range. I don't think I can do anything better than that.

Downloading programs from CNet is not a good idea, as they will commonly include unwanted, and sometimes dangerous bloatware... The more you know.

Yes I know, I just didn't have the pound sign handy. But in the UK there can also be a great deal of tax like VAT, that's why I was just saying that there would be a good chance of it being slightly over his price range (in pounds)

You could always just not have a case and have it running on the motherboard box. You could go to 8GB RAM on the suggested build in the post above if you leave the case out. It's actually quite a capable machine for the price.

+£30-£70 for windows depending on what deal u get.

£300 might be converted into $450 but that doesnt mean we get same hardware for the money u pay in US. So its more like $350 with the stupid import taxes over here :(

Either way thats pretty decent build for the money.

Is it worth ? For now yes, but u will surely feel the need to upgrade before 2017.

Dont expect to max out AAA games. CS:GO and LoL will run uno problemo :)

If u want to play demanding games i would seriously consider saving a little more.

Yes, I know, but, still. They have more taxes commonly when buying online.
