What are some good gaming/office chairs that are good for your back and cost between £100-220?

I really need a good chair and my budget is £100-220, I sit on the chair most days as I study and game a lot, It has to look sensible, but above all it must be very beneficial for you back and not cause strain.

Don't get stupid "gaming" chairs. They are just normal ergonomic chairs at 2x-3x the price. Instead, just go to Ikea (Or some other furniture store) and find some other chair that is comfortable and doesn't induce slouching. The human body generally knows what is best for itself, so comfortable chairs will be good for you.

I go to Office Depot or Stables because Ikea has over priced nonsense, anywhere but Ikea..

I have been considering one for some time, but after seeing his video I decided to go for it.  I was thinking abou Black/Red or all Black MASTER XL.

Bit annoyed about how long it is until they get new stock.
