Duel 1440p v 4K

Hi, 

 

Im looking for a new monitor. Im thinking either going 2x1440p IPS monitors or 1x4K monitor the primary purpose of these will be 3D and VFX (Maya, Nuke, AE, PP and PS) work with color grading, I'm not sure what is best I wont be gaming all the time but light gaming I currently have a GTX 970.... and what ever i get needs to run on this.

 

and advice in what to look for or what's best will be taken on board. and a sreen size around 27 inch is what I prefer.
