6) What are the primary tasks will you be performing with this notebook? Little editing, games (not high fps or resolution), school work NEEDS TO BE PORTABLE

7) Will you be taking the notebook with you to different places, leaving it on your desk or both? It will be moving a lot.

8) Will you be playing games on your notebook? If so, please state which games or types of games? Black Ops, COD4 etc... 

9) How many hours of battery life do you need? Around 5 if not more.

10) Would you prefer to see the notebooks you're considering before purchasing it or buying a notebook on-line without seeing it is OK? Online is okay without seeing it beforehand.

17) How much hard drive space do you need? Do you want a SSD drive? SSD is not a must.

This is a decent laptop, i know a friend that has the version before this one and he loves it build quality is amazing and performance is good, it doesn't have a touchscreen. Acer v5 Nitro or the Lenovo Y50.

 

MSI and Gigabyte also make great laptops. Do some shopping around, ultimately laptop shopping is all about personal preference and what compromises you want to make.
