Looking for a Budget CPU Cooler

Do you guys know of a good CPU cooler? I just bought an i5 4690k last night and I need a cheap cooler. I was thinking in the less than $30 range. Thanks for any suggestions. :)

Little more expensive but I like the Deepcool Gamer Storm Lucifer V2, good reviews, couldnt find it in my region though....
