Windows key + arrow key should do it?

This has been bugging me for a long time. You know how you can drag a window to the top of a screen to make it full sized, and to the edge of a monitor to make it half of the screen. Well i have dual monitors, and i can never make windows half sized on the inside half of those monitors.

the green divides the monitors, and the red divides the monitors in half. The yellow is weather i can make the windows auto size into half of the monitor.

this is really frustrating because if i want 4 windows open, i have to manually size them and it is really slow to do.

now i wonder if i can make somthing that is stil 1920x1080 between the 2 inside half of the monitors
