internet keeps disconnecting?

Hello, guys when i streaming after 20 mins later i keep getting huge lag spikes or dcs can you help me fix it i stream on 3000 bitrate and my internet speed is really good so i dont know whats up besides i use router from 2004 mayibe thats the case please guys help me how could i solve this problem cuz it suck really bad :(

Probably you should try a newer router to see if it's the reason
