CPU Task points vs GPU Task points?

Why does my CPU average folding task only yield 800 points while my GPU average folding task yield 4000 points?

A GPU is way more powerful than a CPU, and therefore can be given bigger WUs

Specs: CPU: AMD FX 6300 Motherboard: Gigabyte 970A DS3P RAM: HyperX Fury 16GB 1866MHz GPU: MSI R9 270 OC edition Case: Sharkoon VS3-S SSD: Samsung 840 EVO 120GB HDD: 1TB Caviar Blue PSU: Corsair CX500W

i honestly have no idea at all why you bough an i7, a 750ti and a 750w PSU... (Edit: Oh, and the Z97 Motherboard with the non-k cpu O.o)

but GPUs are WAY more powerful on such tasks as CPUs are.

Emulation where a powerful CPU is needed compared to the GPU.

I always recommend either the GTX 750 or the R9 270 combined with an i5 4690k or i7 4790k.

As for the PSU, maybe upgradability?

Or BeamNG. Slaughters my CPU with more than 2 cars or planes.

Mid-range Emulation Gaming and Video Rendering PC

[CPU] i7 4790k 4.7GHz & 1.233v Delidded w/ CLU & vice method [Cooling] Corsair H100i [Mobo] Asus Z97-A [GPU] MSI GTX 1070 SeaHawk X[RAM] G.Skill TridentX 2400 9-11-11-30 CR1 [PSU] Corsair 750M
