Scratchy1215

So i have AKG 701s and a mod mic for my headset and i have a headphone splitter thing for my phone so when i get a phone call i can talk to them hands free. only issue is my mic isnt being picked up from my phone, i just tested it and its not working so anyone know how to fix this? or does my iphone not support that? getting a iphone 6 here this week but im guessing it will be the same deal

Your phone may not detect the mic then, I guess that's why most headsets have the mic built in or on computers have a port for a mic and speakers.

I don't own an iPhone though so thats just a guess!

Good to know! So splitters do work as long as you get the supported version.
