Need help!

Hi I have a gtx 970 and I installed the drivers and I am still getting 30 fps even on mine craft!!! I have the Asus maxims vii hero and the Intel I5 4690k.

Make sure you plugged your monitor into your graphics card, not to your motherboard which uses intel's integrated graphics.

try uninstalling the Intel drivers, or going into the bios and see if you can switch which graphics adapter is being used. When uninstalling graphics drivers i like to use Display Driver Uninstaller, but it may be complicated for a less than average user.

Check your clock speeds, temps and usage. Also check your startup programs and running services.

Update your drivers too, use something like IOBIT driver scanner 2 to find all old drivers then install them manually.
