BraxtonPC

I am building a gaming pc and I have so far acquired a rosewill thor v2 case and an msi gaming 3 mobo. I have around 730$ for the rest and I was considering the gtx 960. Also 8gb gskill 1600mhz, 750 80+ gold rosewill psu, i5 4690k, 1tb hdd, hyper 212 evo.

I would. It seems like a good card for the money.

grab a 280x on sale, if you can find it. Much better deal.

Also, 550W quality PSU will be more than plenty.

A 280X is highly recommended. But why 750W psu?

You shouldn't get that card, that card perform less, its advantage only less TDP. You should get 970 instead, if you want to find the equivalent card you should get R9 280X.

280x or shell out the scratch for a 970.

960 looks like a joke to me.

I rather support a Company that does not sell lies. The 970 does not destroy a 290 and they are about on par.

LOL!!!!!!!!!

Dude you're in denial. The 970 spanks the 290 and walks all over the 290X.

Just so you know. I have a 290X lightning as well as 970's. I speak from experience
