is worth to put a accelero hybrid ii - 120 on my gtx 580? also if yes my vrms will have temp problem?

Honestly wouldn't bother with it. If you're strapped for better performance then just save up the cash and get a more modern card like the 270X or 285; with the upcoming launch of the 300x series from AMD you're likely to see significant price drops on this "old tech"

hi jurian my temps are bad i get 80c at evga oc scaner x and i have 3 fans on top-side

Are they load temps or Idle?

trued_2 the corsair is for cpus the nzxt rl krh10 w1 is better than the accelero hybrid ii 120?

They are 2 separate parts. the NZXT is more or less a bracket you can use to mount all-in-1 liquid coolers (such as the corsair h55) to a supported GPU. 

I cannot say rather or not the combination would be better than the Accelero. Another note is that the accelero is that it may not even be compatable with your gpu since it is probably not a reference design.

so I go for the accelero and if I find a watercooling I go for the nzxt....now I have a twin frozr ii cooler  I want to see temp drop and I want my vrms to be cooled
