from an elevated command prompt

MOVE C:/path/to/file/explorer.dll C:/path/to/theme/folder/explorertheme.dllshutdown -r -t 0

e.g.

MOVE C:/users/{yourusername)/downloads/Explorertheme.dll C:/Windows/system32/Explorertheme.dll shutdown -r -t 0

if you can open task manager if you go to the processes tab and click the button that says "show processes from all users".

task manager should close and you should get prompted by UAC Click allow.

Task manager should re-start as admin then click file > run > cmd

Once again you'll get prompted by UAC click allow and you'll be in.

(I'm not quite sure but it might be called something other than run.... maybe new task?)
