1440p vs 4k

Once you 4k game, you'll never want to play at any other resolution (unless higher, of course). 

Case: Corsair 4000D Airflow; Motherboard: MSI ZZ490 Gaming Edge; CPU: i7 10700K @ 5.1GHz; Cooler: Noctua NHD15S Chromax; RAM: Corsair LPX DDR4 32GB 3200MHz; Graphics Card: Asus RTX 3080 TUF; Power: EVGA SuperNova 750G2; Storage: 2 x Seagate Barracuda 1TB; Crucial M500 240GB & MX100 512GB; Keyboard: Logitech G710+; Mouse: Logitech G502; Headphones / Amp: HiFiMan Sundara / Mayflower Objective 2; Monitor: Asus VG27AQ

ummm....... Hard question... What are the uses? if gaming, FPS, MOBA, MMOs? any video editing? or just coding with wordpad? - then 4k ftw.

yes i can run both and is it worth the more money for 4k

4K ftw. I upscale to 4K on all of my games (I know its not the same, but I threw my money into my computer not my monitors) and now running games at normal 1080p looks like crap.

My arsenal: i7-9700k Gaming Rig, an iPhone, and Stupidity.

4K gaming is very nice but until Windows gets their shit together with scaling I'd still stick with 1440p.

Nooo I cannot...take it..then again although my laptop res should run @1366*768 to hell with that custom res of 2000*1120 :)
