Need Help Guys, about my Aerocool lightning red led fans

i have a bit of problem here, as i stated above. i brought an aerocool lightning red led fans along with may aerocool xpredator x1, now my problem, is when i

 

connected the fan controller and the fans and all of the connections, the fan would not turn, only it has the glowing red led, so i try other of my fans and it

 

work, but the aerocool lightning fan wont turn only light?...

 

your help guys will be very much appreciated :)

Plug it directly into a fan header on the motherboard, could be an issue with power.

if i connect the fan to my mobo, is that all? i mean i will not plug its male or female molex to a power supply?

maybe it's DOA? try an RMA.
