Does anyone know how these LED strips are powered? I only have 4 fan headers on my MOBO, all of them are being used. Does anyone know how these are connected? (like Fan header, mollesk, SATA power, etc.)

In the pictures it looks like there is a mollesk connector in there, but there is also a fan-header looking thingy.

The 4 pin connector is just a LED type style 4 pin connector it needs to be adapted to the molex to power the LED strip itself from your PSU.

Definetly not mollesk, as they live in the sea.

Probably molex

Someone really needs to come up with an alternative to Molex.

Ketchup is better than mustard.

GUI is better than Command Line Interface.

Dubs are better than subs

Or manufacturers should start using SATA Power for stuff. Correct me if I am wrong but SATA Power and molex both have 12V and 5V

DarkSide LED's use 3 pin fan connectors those work great especially since when you connect them to fan controller or motherboard headers using voltage control it lets you dim them slightly, not as much as 12V PWM controllers but still fairly good amount.

Yeah, that is not a bad choice either. At least for LED's that is. :)
