Can someone please explain what Cryptocurrency mining or bitcoin mining is ?

TL;DR It's not worth it. Unless you want to spend thousands of dollars on dedicated mining machines. But even then, it would takes months and months to recoup what you spend on the hardware to begin with.

mining is using your computer or miner to run a software to solve problems doing so stresses out your computer those who mine are rewarded with crypto currency coins in bitcoin, litecoin, dogecoin.

I mean mining doesn't hurt but I think it would be easier and cheaper to F@H and while you're not making money you're at least doing something.
