The previous record was 999 players in Man vs Machine back in 2012, but today PlanetSide 2 has broken that record at 1,158 players. That's quite the feat, and we are now awaiting the announcement from Guinness. Congrats to PlanetSide 2, Sony Online Entertainment, and the entire PS2 community for making it happen.

Planetside 2 is awesome.

 

Too bad it gets boring after a while. Especially if you don't have friends to play it with.

Ya i'd believe that.  I just didn't enjoy those scale battles is all.
