CSGO Lounge problem

So I have tried to post a trade offer thingy on CSGOLounge but I can't add the weapon that I want to give in the trade, it says this :

Retry using steamcommunity public api. 

Can't get items.Possible reasons:

-This profile is set to private

-Could not connect to Steam servers;

-Backpack is empty.

My Steam profile is set to public and I already have items in my CSGO backpack, what could be the problem? This is my first time using this platform.I have tried to refresh the page multiple times and also tried to open it in a new window.

How can this problem be fixed?

its does not matter, all  the bots are full anyway and you cant bet

Keep doing it. Usually works for me after a few attempts.
