Windows 8.1 Automatic Repair Loop

So I decided to try out DiskCryptor....

Fast forward some time....

I decided to pause the encryption process and shut down my computer and continue the process at a later time. According to the FAQ on DiskCryptor's website, I can pause and shut down the program/reboot the system and continue at a later date. So I do that. But before I shut down my system, I had this "optimize my computer to the max" program run a scan. As always for some reason, the program wants to fix some "issue" with my system which causes this automatic repair thingy happen when starting up my system. I start my system up only to find the automatic repair fail every time (I think due to the partial encryption of the drive) and constantly loops. I cannot boot into safe mode and nothing else works. I have had this loop happen to the same computer before, and I don't remember how it got fixed. This is pissing me off so much. I do not want to lose any of my files I have on there (even thought I made a backup of some important directories) and reinstall all my 174,283,653 program I have on there.

How to I get my computer to stop running the automatic repair crap so I can continue on with my life. This automatic repair happens every time I run this scan from this program (under a certain checked option) and every time (except the one other time) this happens, I have had no problem with the repair running. I am afraid to do a refresh (or whatever it's called) where I won't lose my files just because my drive is partially encrypted.

I need help quickly because I am about to lose my sanity. All I need to happen is the automatic repair to NOT HAPPEN when I boot.

I'd love to be able to do that, but considering I cannot get past this repair, I can't.

Yes it's a lie, but you get the point.

And will the repair option not mess up my data on my system considering part of it is scrambled?

That didn't work so I decided just to delete everything and reinstall the os on a reformatted disk... That didn't work because it can't detect any partitions. I'm about ready to smash my computer there should be no reason for this to happen.
