Help whit G4ME ZERO

I'm thinking of buying the G4ME ZERO headphones but I know I can't run them whit out an amp for them, but my question is should I get a soundcard whit an amp integrated or should I get am external amp. Also, which model do you recommend me buying. Ps: I'm new in the audio "stuff" and on this community.
