Downloads File moved

I just installed a new hard drive and went to move all the original folders such as Downloads, Music and Pictures. But when i moved Downloads into the new hard drive i forgot to make a new folder so it is just in the hard drive. How can i go back and fix this?

 

and the location tab is gone to move it again. :(

Just move it to another folder and then make a new folder and move it back to that one ...

Try moving it back using the properties menu. 

 

It's worth a shot but it probably wont work. I had a similar problem with my documents folder, I forgot to make a folder for it and slapped it into my HDD. I'll try to find the page I used to help me move it back to the default location.
