There are a number,

CPUID

CAM (not the best)

HWmonitor

Hmm, about 80 with a laptop? Not sure about this

Bleigh!  Ever hear of AC series?

I use RealTemp, but CoreTemp is a good alternative as well.  My MSI gaming laptop idles around 45 - 50°C, while my desktop PC idles around 28°C.

Yes the laptop runs much hotter, under full load while gaming it really pumps out serious heat.

I've had it for just over 2 years and it still running fine.

P.S.  I'll run Dragon Age: Inquisition later and post the temps for you

CPU: i7 4790K @ 4.7GHz | Mobo: MSI Z97 MPower Max AC | RAM: 16GB Kingston HyperX Beast 2400MHz | GPU: MSI GTX980 Gaming 4G TwinFrozr V | Case: NZXT Switch 810 SE | Cooler: Corsair H105 Hydro |

SSD: Samsung 850 Pro 512GB | Storage: WD Caviar Black 3TB | Displays: Samsung P2450 & Samsung 2232GW | Keyboard: Tesoro Colada G3NL Black Aluminum (Cherry MX Brown)

Can I have help? I just finished building my new PC, and I boot into the BIOs, and it tells me that my CPU is running at 90C.  I currently have the Corsair H100i installed, I've checked if the cooler was installed correctly (Correctly Instlalled).  I have the fans under the radiator and i have the exhaust facing inwards to the case and BTW the water cooling loop works and is pumping water.  How is this possible? Did I mount the fans the wrong way or is it just the computer making a mistake?  PLS HELP  :(

PICTURE OF MY COOLER IS ATTACHED.

PS: This is my first time posting on the LTT Forums, so tell me what I said wrong.
