No display on new computer build, help

I had recently built a computer (parts below)
•MSI Z97 PC Mate
•i5 4460 3.2 Quad Core
•Zotac GeForce GTX 970 4GB DDR5
•G.Skill Ripjaws 8GB(2x4GB) 2400Mhz
•EVGA 600B 600w PSU
•Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo air cooling

I've had this build for 2 weeks working completely fine. Out of nowhere when I turn my PC on one day every fan and light powers on but I got no display on my monitor. There was no heating issued both the motherboard and cpu sat at around 20-30 degrees celcius. I never took the side panels off after the build was complete, so I doubt it was an issue with static. I did reset the CMOS chip but still nothing helped. I did make sure everything was plugged in all the way and nothing was wrong with it the night before. What problems could it be besides my motherboard, or are MSI motherboards really that bad? My friend ended up also have the same problems.

Check and make sure you plugged your video cord into the 970 and not the mobo.

This happend to me aswell. What I did was using a jumper to reset the mobo. Search on the internet how to properly use one.

BUT BEWARE: IF YOU DO IT WRONG, YOU WILL DAMAGE YOUR MOBO.

Oh, and I recommand to do this as last, because Thats what I did when I tried everything else

Hope your pc will work soon :)
