Gpu fan turn full speed in idle

Ziller

Hi,

-When my graphics card fans 'burst speed' (like they normaly do during 5 seconde) ,but now they never stop. One of my Gtx 760 fans is spinning full speed when I start my PC, the other don't spin. The only way I found to make both gpu fans spinning to normal speed is to play a game. After 1 minute playing a game, I can quit the game because the 2 fan turning at a normal speed. The fans stay a the normal speed for like 15 minutes.

-After that, they randomly doing the same thing, one fan spinning really fast and the other don't spin.

I don't know how fix that, I tried :

-Uninstalling all nvidia driver, reinstall with the CD.

-Update my bios

-Remove dust

-Using msi afterburner and EVGA Precision

I need your help, Thank you

How old is the card, it could be a power distribution problem and if it is still in warranty then I would recommend sending it back, and getting a replacement. You have done the things I would do to fix it so I cannot think of any other issues.

There you go... Install the latest drivers off of Nvidia's website.

test 1 card at a time to see if one of them is causing it.

I will install the latest nvidia driver.

My pc and my graphics card are less than 1 years old. Its still under warranty.

If I cant find anything that can permanently fix my issue I will send it back.

Get MSI Afterburner, when outside of games set the fan speed to 20% (Give or take) Should solve the issue.
