I'd suggest getting a better psu.

Not sure why you'd wanna buy that card, but according to this: http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/asus-mars-760,3730-15.html , and your PSU only having 36a on the 12v rail(s) (432 watts), I would not recommend it (assuming this is your PSU http://www.gigabyte.com/products/product-page.aspx?pid=3606#sp).

I'd get a 750 watt PSU for that, but I'd also suggest getting a 970 instead because that card is effectively 2 760 2GB cards where a single 970 would make more sense in most situations.

I could see the 760 mars making sense for 144hz 1080p gaming, but the VRAM is kinda low for 1440p with high res textures. my 660 ti has 2gb of memory and when I turn on high res textures in many games connected to my 1440p monitor, it craps the bed and gets like 12 fps down from 45+
