New Phone Advice

I am looking to get a new phone and I came across the Mlais M9

I was wondering if this looks good value for money. I have looked at some reviews but am still a bit sceptical. what do you guys think. here is the liniks to two of the reviews i saw:

chinese, no warranty , no updates, battery will suck.

No. MT6592 is useless for 99% of Android apps since there's only I believe three apps that can utilize 8 cores outside of benchmarks, and it's only 960x540 resolution on a 5" screen which is going to look like trash

No it's not. 8 Cortex-A7 cores is pointless... the only thing that it will outperform most quad-cores and even powerful dual-cores in at the moment is Asphalt 8 (and synthetic benchmarks)
