What is the smallest ATX case?

I'm looking for the smallest case possible for a HTPC but want to use my old hardware for the build, I really want the smallest case possible without buying a Mini-ITX motherboard. I still have RAM and PSU to purchase so if you recommend a case that uses a sfx PSU go ahead. I'll also be buying a R7 250 just for the 4k ability, unless anyone can recommend something better for the price?, the price range of the case I'm looking for is £20-£40 as I'm on a budget.

 

I have a main rig for gaming so this is strictly a HTPC build that supports 4k video.

I'm not entirely sure if it's in your budget (I'm bad at prices), but the Silverstone ML03B might be nice for you. I plan on using it for a SFF build.

In all fairness it seems like the Silverstone SST-ML03B is the best option so far from everything I've seen, its £5 above my very tight budget (lol) but oh well. Unless anyone can also recommend a cheap (£120 or less) 4k media player such as a smart blu-ray player or a Gigabyte BRIX type of PC.

Too bad its a micro atx case :(

Crap. To be honest, I don't think you need much more than that for an HTPC (unless you already have the motherboard).
