Is it HDMI in or out?

If its in, you can hook it up to your GPU and set that as the audio output for your PC

is it okay to put all the speaker in my computer desk? it's so near in my 2 monitor. surround speakers tend to make magnetic field that can distort the display of my monitor (base on the manual of the speakers).

That is only an issue in the old days when you put a very large speaker right next to a CRT, but since both are not very common anymore you should be fine.

As for your surround set, you can use it however this particular unit provides no multi channel input whatsoever with the only input being a single stereo RCA input, so you can only use it in stereo mode and get it upscaled to multi channel via Dolby Digital Pro Logic II.

After re-reading OP, are you sure this is the correct model? The one you posted doesn't have neither Blu-Ray nor HDMI.

Sorry but a wrong unit. but almost the same. my unit has 5.1Surround support and a blu-ray and HDMI port.

So will it provide multi channel in my pc if i plug it in via HDMI?

If there is only one HDMI port it is output only. So far so bad. It may feature ARC but then you'd have to hook up your PC to your TV first and then it depends on your TV if it even has an ARC and if that carries multichannel or stereo only for external devices. Your surround set may also feature an optical input, which would be exactly what you need, but I really need the exact model number to tell for sure. Check the back and bottom of the unit, there should be some text that says model/type.
