Uhm mate, the "infinite load screens" aren't the fault of your GTX 970...

It's your storage device.

Can I have a spec list so I can solve the stuttering issue please?

i get the the infinite load screens as well. i think its because of mods. its really the only game i have had any problems with. with what other games does this happen in ( the light, heavy games)

So... remove mods. They aren't "official" features for a reason.

Try removing OCs in the system, if any.

Also is any other game it happens, aside for CS?

I had to remove mods. I can make it outright freeze when making npc's fight 50+. Cato played very little it never froze (2 hours or less) 1 CTD ON modded ROME 2.

OK, so that's not CS exclusive. A few suggestions:

  1. Do you have OCs in the system? Remove then, if any.
  2. Try playing with Regular Drivers / Beta Drivers, whichever one you are not currently using.

Also, try stress testing your PC with Prime95, Furmark and Valey. 8h+ on the first, 2h+ on the others. See if your PC crashes in those instances (btw, don't use the PC during that time).
