Help! Computer freezes sometimes while gaming and reboot needed!

This is my rig.

CPU: AMD FX 9590
SSD: Samsung 840 Pro 120 GB SSD
Water Cooler: Seidon 280MM Water Cooler
Memory: 2x4GB Corsair Memory
Motherboard: 990FXA-UD3 AM3+
Video Card: 3GB HIS R9 280x
Case:Coolermaster Cosmos II
Storage: 6TB
Power Supply: Coolermaster GXII 750W
Keyboard: CM Storm Keyboard (LED Backlit)
Mouse: Logitech M325

Whenever I play games like League of Legends, other games, and Ghost Recon Phantoms.

I think it mostly happens when I have other programs on. For ghost recon phantoms, I use a chat program similar to skype and i sometimes record.

For League of Legends, I would usually record with Fraps/Bandicam.

Most games I would usually leave google chrome with few tabs on....

Is it due to the shortage of VRAM from my graphics card?

Amateur at computers here...

Thanks

Check if the power socket you use to power your pc is grounded. A psu that isn't grounded could cause freezes.
