Asus 970 Strix OC - Not many to compare to!

Ahoy LTT!

 

In my forum travels thus far the GB G1 seems to be the main card that people post their top OCs for. I have the Asus 970 Strix and I'm trying to get an idea of how decent this OC may be.

 

This is my Firestrike run. I've been tweaking and test and this is my best run.

i4770k @ 4.5GHz -- Asus 970 Strix @ 1573/2073MHz -- 11751 -- December 23rd 2014

I am pretty sure that I have hit my 24/7 stable air limit now on the stock bios so I'm pretty happy with the numbers.

 

Sorry I haven't used proper links and image links, every time I have tried to it hangs and crashes my browser.

1573? Holy crap that's the highest I have ever seen a strix card go for sure.

Where have you seen scores? I'm on a few forums and did some googling but I couldn't find really any scores.

Argh quotes aren't working for me.

@ d33g33 I have a pretty good air flow setup currently, Air 540 with 8 fans, soon to be 10 when I mod the bottom of the case.

I managed to get 1600 on the core on my G1, but the VRAM won't go past 7900 :(  hoping an unlocked bios and watercooling will let me hit 1750 :D

1553 is the highest I can clock my Strix 980 and be stable. Looks like a good score.
