Looking for New In-Ear Headset

4Strings

Hey peeps!

So my current set of earbuds (Skullcandy Fix's) just went through the washer and dryer, and so it seems that an RIP is in order. On the other hand, I now have an excuse to look for a new pair of earbuds that cost a bit more the $20...

So I am hear (pun intended) so ask for suggestions/recommendations.

I'm looking for a good pair (around the $100 range, but preferably lower), but they need to have an in-line microphone and compatible with Android, since I use my headphones a lot, not just for listening to music, but also for phone calls while I'm at work when I need my hands free. Another preference is the ability to run the wires over my ears as well as/instead of straight down.

I'm currently eying the SteelSeries Flux Pros (good price on Amazon), but if there are better sounding/priced options out there, I would be more than happy for recommendations... :)

Thanks-in-advance,

Cheers,

 -4Strings

Well, i think momentum in-ears would suit you well, they have a 3 buttons for android too which is sweet

Thanks!

But unfortunately the Android-compatible version is not available from either Amazon or Newegg, and bestbuy doesn't have any either... :(

You could get them from sennheiser's own online store. RHA-M750i is a also a good option although it only has the apple buttons

Tempting... Could I still use the center button of the 750i's on my android?

If you use it for outside a lot try jaybird bluebuds x. I have been using it for the past 4 months, I honestly can't go anywhere without it anymore.

Thanks, but I'm not a fan of having Bluetooth devices strapped to my head... :P So my options have to be wired.

Yes, the center button would work. The center button on my momentum works at least and double click acts next in music player

just take a look at it. Its very minimalistic. You almost can't tell that you have earphones on by other people. But I guess its personal preference.
