Cloning windows 8.1

I wanted to know if anyone knows of decent free cloning software that i can use to clone windows 8.1 from my current hhd to a new sshd i got recently

Well. My SSD came with it, but IDK if that is the free version. 

I just used to to clone and partition twice and it worked great! 

5800X3D - RTX 4070 - 2K @ 165Hz

Samsung magician? I never used it but it seems promising.

 

 

It's made for your exact purpose; I don't know if it's restricted to only samsung drive owners/only samsung SSDs.
