Bending acrylic

I want to know what you guys have done with it, and how you have done it.

Please mention your own systems, because I've seen builds like JayzTwoCents Skunkworks, and various computers from Singularity computers etc.

I have never bent acrylic for a computer, but have for a side project.

I submerged it in very hot water and gave it a mild bend.

Compatible with Windows 95

Are we talking sheet acrylic, or acrylic tubing?

I have to stop this habit of only reading the first sentence of peoples posts...

I have used a blowtorch and the side of a bench for doing this.

note: my camera has a hard time with reds so it looks very harsh when its not.

I stared at it for a very long time and willed it to bend. It didn't so I gave up - I hate DIY.

The single biggest problem in communication is the illusion that it has taken place.
