(Toshiba Satellite P850-132) Can't login to Windows and not able to access BIOS

Hello everyone!

 

My sister is not able to remember her password, so I chose to take a look at it and it's seems that I'm not able to go into BIOS to boot from an external drive. So I tried to activate the admin profile from Safe Mode with Command prompt, but the prompt never showed up and it just took me to the "Login screen" 

 

What should I do?

1. While the laptop is off,  remove all USB drive, boot up the laptop and press F2. Change boot mode to Legacy and disable Secure Boot.

2. At login screen, while holding down Shift buttton, click Power>Restart. Select Troubleshoot and then select change Firmware/Uefi or something like that. Reboot and that will bring you straight into BIOS.

Sadly these 2 options didn't work

 

1. This option took me to the "Windows Boot Manager" and it tells me to press F8 "To specify an advanced option for this choice" (Windows 7 Home Premium). And here I can see Safe Mode, Safe Mode with CMD etc.

 

2. After i press restart while holding down shift it just does a normal reboot.
