Will I be able to run x2 samsung s20b300b and x1 s20a300b on a A8 6600k in eyefinity?

as long as your motherboard as enough ports you should be fine just don't expect to game on all three

But if i have another one of the s20b300b it would work?

No.

The 6600k does support eyefinity with up to 3 displays.

The monitor choice doesn't make a difference.
