Do you have a budget?

If you don't then I recommend you file for bankruptcy while I put a list together.

I don't have any specific budget but I need an excellent PC, where I should not touch or upgrade for next atleast 3 to 4 years... budget is not an constraint and it should support everything and all kind of applications and latest games.

It's always easier working with a budget so people don't waste time picking out parts for you to say it's too much.

So, do you actually have a maximum budget, or a preferred amount to not exceed?

It sounds to me like you're trying to future proof your build, and you aren't too knowledgeable about PC components (no offense :P). I hate to tell you, but nothing is truly future proof because no normal person can accurately predict how much technology will advance in the semi-near future. What are you planning on doing with the computer? Just games? Other stuff? That's all kind of helpful when asking people to pick out parts for ya.

Modern cpu contain multiple processing units (cores). So in a sense it already exists. And, there are server motherboards that support two and more cpu.

80+ ratings certify electrical efficiency. Not quality.
