So I started up Skyrim again, thinking I would start a new character and get fun out of the game again.

 

But sure enough, when riding in the openingscene the cart makes some spins and then stands and rides normally again, bugged, but I would hope we got there.

 

Then this happens

Maybe 1 from the workshop but that's it, I need to install the Mod manager again.

I've had an issue with the oprning sequence where they just wouldn't get off thr carriage in the end. It turned out DirectX wasn't installed properly.

Oh that's not needed for me really, I find this ok.

I get this too. It took me 4 trails to start the game.

I get this too. It took me 4 trails to start the game. 

Yeah, tried 2 more times, failed both, last time the horse died and we rode against a tree forever.

Hmm, never seen that one before.

 

The thing about Bethesda is that they're very aware of how the modding community works, and how good the work they do is. Get NMM and download the unofficial patches. Then install the mods you want.
