Is my temps good?

So my main rig my 15 760 w/ gt 430 has been heating up a crap ton this paste year. I bulit it in late 2011 and temps were ~45 idle and ~75 on 100% usage. I overclocked it when I finally got it to work from 2.8 to 3.4ghz. Now the past year or so my cpu is at ~89 IDLE and 99 when on 100% usage. Are these normal temps and if they're not how can i get better temps?

138 is a good number.

erm no. Less voltage and a better cooler.

double check your volts are reasonable and maybe redo the thermal paste.

Why in love of god would you run those temps over year without making this thread? Idle is either thermal paste going bad or cooler not working. It could be sensor error too since load is only 99C. With real temps it would have shutdown.

Maybe dust, my old Athlon ran 120+°C 1-2 years then i cleaned it and it's going up to a max of 40°C now :D

I'm gonna bet on the issue being a crap cooler or dodgy thermal paste.
