Hello fellow Irish lad.

I would have gone with the Phanteks Enthoo pro, but there's nothing wrong with the case you got, it's just a bit more costly.

The thing that really irratates me about the Corsair Obsidian series, is that they are soo high priced, but then again, it surely is a very nice looking and overall great case (I have not had my hands on it, but from all the reviews, I have seen, it seems like one nice case).

I have been trying to get my self a second-hand one, to spare a bit money, but overall it eventually leads back to getting a brand new one. As long as you didn't get the 900D, I can't say bad things about your decision.

Cable management and overall air flow seems to be really great in it.

I'm not too fond of the design, but that's a personal opinion.

A fact though is that it does get quite a bit less airflow from the front compared to other cases such as the 450D.

1) Yeah the bottom rad space isn't great.

2) Who uses an ODD drive these days? Anybody who can dremel knows how to fix that.

3) 160 dollars is only £102. So it isn't overpriced when you use real money. The R4 is about £90 and it is mid tower.

Also that busted door hinge didn't happen on mine. Just don't use UPS /jk It has happened to others though.

The plastic cover to hide them HDD connectors is cheap. For that price, it would be nice if it has a built in fan controller.

The stock fans are mediocre.

Airflow is alright but far from great.

It's overpriced compared to the competition now vs when it first released.

Indeed.

Airflow is alright but far from great.

I think airflow panels for the 750D exist.

The UK price is up to £120. Which is what i paid for mine before the Phanteks cases came out. Still love the 750D though.

The Enthoo Pro is £125 on Amazon UK. But it is just a mid tower.

I know but i always thought that they'd only fluctuate once a day maybe two. But it has only been 5 hours and that aint bad. (Although i wouldn't buy off SCAN since they don't deliver to Northern Ireland)

Maybe. No 5.25 bays means no fan controller.

Prices on Amazon will fluctuate pretty often if stock is low. Pcpartpicker or a similar site is a good way to see how an item is usually priced. Their graphs at the bottom can be very useful in seeing how the price has recently changed.

Nothing beats fine tuned fan control. High and low isn't good enough for me.
