Metal Gear Solid V: Ground Zeroes Not regognizing controller.

Metal Gear Solid V: Ground Zeroes isn't recognizing my Xbox 360 controller or my Xbox One controller. I have verified the controllers work in other games. I can use them in Big Picture Mode. MGS just doesn't recognize them. Anyone have any helpful input?

From what i have read, you have to plug in the controller after you have started the game. Have you tried that already?

I did on the xbox one controller. I haven't on the xbox 360, I'll try it and update. Thanks.
