I was just wondering if anyone can confirm that this version of the Samsung Galaxy Note 4 works with the USA service "Net 10"

Sorry that i forgot to mention that Net10 is a 3rd party service,

all phone have to be unlocked to use there service.

No. The N910C is the Asian/European version, which does not support the 700MHz LTE frequency that is required to use LTE on AT&T/Net10.
