Mobo + Cpu Upgrade 300$

I'm planning on upgrading my Cpu and Mobo for around 300$. Cpu around 200$ Mobo around 100$.

I mainly play TF2 and CSGO both of them are Cpu intensive games.

 

My specs now:

Cpu: Amd x4 750k

Gpu: Msi Radeon 7770 

Mobo: Asrock FM2A75 Pro4

Ram: 4Gbx1 Corsair XMS3 1600

 

Edit: Not planning on Overclocking!

If you're in the US, and live near a Microcenter, an i5-4690k + Z97 motherboard is the way to go.
