Thinking about getting a new case - need recommendations

STRMfrmXMN

I'm thinking about getting a case to replace the one that my old prebuilt uses. My preferred criteria:

Some sort of understated design. The Corsair 760T, for example, is too flashy.

Needs to house Micro ATX.

Would prefer no side panel window.

Would like some sort of rubberizing of the hard drive cages to reduce noise.

Would like to use an ODD and would like the front to look decent if I used one.

Needs to be under 19 inches (482 mm) in depth so I can actually fit it on my desk. Width and height don't matter.

Trying to keep under $100 but might stretch if I really like the looks of the case.

Watchful eye is on the Define Mini.

Any suggestions please?

The Fractal Design Define Mini has dimensions of 19.25"x8.27"x15.51" so about a quarter inch too long.  Otherwise it would be a great case.

What about the Corsair 350D? http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811139020&nm_mc=AFC-C8Junction&cm_mmc=AFC-C8Junction-_-na-_-na-_-na&cm_sp=&AID=10446076&PID=3938566&SID=

Corsair 350 or rosewill line m

350D is looking enticing. Only issue is that the ODD would ruin the front's prettyness.

Would there be any possible way for you to fit the Define Mini on your desk?

The Fractal Define R5 has dimensions of 17.76"x9.09"x20.47"  so would that fit?  http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811352048&nm_mc=AFC-C8Junction&cm_mmc=AFC-C8Junction-_-na-_-na-_-na&cm_sp=&AID=10446076&PID=3938566&SID=

I know that it costs a bit over $100 but you said that you might be able to make a compromise.

Well my desk is about 2 feet in depth and having anything over 19 inches makes a bunch of cable mess crammed behind the case. I might go 20 inches but it really is more than I would prefer not to.

But I am still looking at the Define Mini.

What about the Nanoxia Deep Silence 4? Fits my desk and has a green LED ring around the power which would match all the green in my room xD

Is this the one? http://www.amazon.com/Nanoxia-Silence-Micro-ATX-Motherboard-Controllers/dp/B00DSFEQKY

If so it has good reviews and looks like a solid case to me  :)

Though it ultimately depends on your opinion.

It looks like a pretty safe bet. Only thing that's got me is the slight lack of airflow.

Do you plan on going SLI in that case?  If not then the airflow shouldn't be too much of a concern.

I'm pretty sure that an extra fan or two could be added in the top if the airflow isn't good enough.

In the Nanoxia only one fan can be mounted at front. Fractal allows for two at front I believe.

Ah, I meant top.  You could add two more fans to the top if the airflow isn't that good.

Pretty sure both cases only have one top fan mount though I could be wrong.

Wow I must be really tired today.  I looked again and it said a 120 or 140mm fan can fit on the top.  I misread it for two.

Yeah I'm not familiar with many <150$ cases. I like nice aluminum cases.

The sg09/10 are good, don't remember pricing tho

I would suggest the Xigamatek Aquila. Nice case with all flat laying mobo tray.

Unfortunately I don't know :/

But if that isn't a deal breaker if it may not have them here is the Tek Syndicate review:
