Bluetooth nowhere to be found?

I have the Killer 1525 wireless card and Bluetooth is nowhere to be found in Windows, not under the taskbar icons, nor under control panel or even in device manager. It's as if the Killer 1525 lacks Bluetooth completely, which it should not. I have tried both the latest drivers and older versions. I have tried fresh installs of Windows, which worked once, but as soon as I installed the official Qualcomm driver, it borked Bluetooth up again and I haven't been able to get Bluetooth back since even after two more complete reinstalls of Windows. I then opened the PC up and disconnected and reconnected the antenna cables from the wireless card. Nothing so far has worked. Any ideas? Windows 8.1.

Cheers!

What computer is it? If it's a laptop, then you might need to try pressing Fn + some other key to enable it.

Yes, it is a laptop. There is no dedicated hotkey for Bluetooth on this model and no setting in the BIOS either.
