Do they need a cleaning crew? I can't pilot things well and I lack any science skills, but I can use a broom.

 

Even if the whole plan goes to hell, dying on another planet would be a fairly unique way to die.

Not at in the upper atmosphere, it's around 140 or so degrees and is not at all toxic. Additionally it's the same atmospheric pressure as on earth at the point in which it's 140 degrees F

its actually reported that the upper atmosphere (above clouds) is surprisingly temperate
