Uhh...we can't really recommend anything without knowing what the estimated wattage for your system is.

With what's in your sig I would say this: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817438017&nm_mc=AFC-C8Junction&cm_mmc=AFC-C8Junction-_-na-_-na-_-na&cm_sp=&AID=10446076&PID=3938566&SID=

if it supports 800watt on the 12v, it should be enough for most cards in crossfire/sli

Take a look at some reviews. There are a lot of good power supplies out there. I personally like Seasonic because they are known to make a  high quality product.

I am looking at two 980s maybe 980 ti if they are out when the time comes , x99 motherboard and cpu / ram. and full water loop

Then the PSU that you currently have will be more than enough if it is at least 80+Bronze rated and supports that wattage on the 12v rail.

The fan on the Antec Signature is an exhaust, as such it would not blow dust into the case (or I'm misunderstanding your post?). I would personally keep the SG-850, as it an excellent, over-engineered, Delta build unit, and it will power a 980 in SLI without any trouble.

If you still insist on getting a new PSU, it would be helpful to know your budget
