Hi,
I want to buy Zalman CNPS12x so I want to know if is it possible to face off its fans?

If I put it in the right position it disable the first pci express
If I rotate it, it'll enter the air to the case 

so I want to rotate it and face off its fans is it possible ?

"Face off it's fans" has me confused, but as long as the mounting hardware allows it, which it should, you can have it rotated however you want.

Do you mean turning the fan around so it pulls air through the fins instead of pushing air through?  If so, you can't so that with this cooler.
