Motorola and the cell phone industry has come a long way...- Moto G 2014 vs Pocket Classic 910 (1996)

So I was cleaning my house the other day and stumbled upon one of my parents' old Motorola phone from the mid 90s called the Pocket Classic 910 and thought it would be cool to compare it side by side to my fairly new Moto G I got around Black Friday. I figured I'd share the pictures with the community to show how far Motorola and the rest of the phone industry has come in less than 20 years. :)

P.S.I wasn't sure whether to put this in the General Discussions sub forum or the Mobile Devices , so if any mod feels this belongs in the Mobile sub forum, please move this thread :)

Phones from the 90's had such weird names, who came up with those names??

It's not like anybody is doing a better job at naming things today... calling everything the "ONE" or skipping numbers in a series ;)

I had a DynaTAC 8000S in the late 80's.

Big, heavy, expensive and practicly no coverage outside of downtown Toronto.
